Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team at contact@originaldustpick.com within 15 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt (or proof of purchase) and photographic evidence within your request. If your return is accepted, any expenses associated with your approved return back to us are afforded by the customer (including shipping costs and other associated costs).

We will notify you about your refund status and/or replacement status of the product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
